Rockledge, PA -
7:15 am            Bus arrives at Kmart Willow Grove 
7:45 am            Bus departs for Rockledge 

Meet at Huntingdon Pike and Fox Chase Road. Officials at this location will assign Reilly a place in the parade.

If needed after the Rockledge parade bus will return to Kmart to pick up members for the Skippack parade. 

 

Skippack, PA
10:15 am          Bus arrives at Kmart Willow Grove 
10:30 am          Bus departs for Skippack, PA 

Directions to Skippack from Willow Grove 

Turn left out of Kmart parking to Route 63 (W, Moreland Road). Proceed 4 miles and bear left onto Norristown Road. (Name changes to Sumneytown Pike) for 8 miles and turn left on Route 363 (S. Valley Forge Road). Proceed for 3 miles and turn Right on Route 73 (Skippack Pike). Follow Route 73 for about 3 miles and turn left at the traffic light onto Route 113. The Skippack Fire house is located on the left hand side of Route 113, 1/4 mile south west of Rt. 73 (Skippack Pike) intersection. Car parking is available in the firehouse parking lot.

Skippack -Parade begins at the Firehouse on Route 113 and turns right onto Route 73. Parade ends at Old Forty Foot Road. After parade Reilly performs concert in the park.

Monday, August 4th--Nominee Profile Sheets Due to Election Committee
Sunday, August 24th --Ballots Mailed to eligible voting members
Monday, September 8th--Ballots Due to Election Committee by this date in order to be counted.

Friday, September 12th --Ballots Counted and verified

Saturday, September 20th -- Winners to be announced at Irish Weekend (if not already known to everyone).

Sunday – July 20th

The JTO Big Band Concert with Richee Price will take place at the KOC Hall on July 20, 2014.  Tickets have been distributed and we are encouraging everyone to purchase two tickets.  This is a Reilly Raiders fund raiser, so please do your best.  The Executive Board has decided not to hold the June lottery ticket sales as a means to encourage your participation.  Ticket money can be given to Tony White.  Tony can also provide you with additional tickets.  See Tony at a practice or show, or contact him via email at BigBandBenefit@gmail.com.  Tickets are $35.00 each and include 2 glasses of beer, wine or soda, plus cheese and crackers.    Part of the proceeds will also be donated to the Helen’s Hope Cancer Fund.  So come out, bring your friends and enjoy an afternoon of great music.   

DONATIONS FOR BIG BAND RAFFLE BASKETS...
The Big Band Show is this month...Sunday, July 20, so we are anxious to get the raffle baskets organized before that date. Carol and Bill will be at the KMart and at both parades this Friday and will be happy to accept any and all donations for the baskets. We are looking for new, unused items, including gift cards, bottles of wine or liquor for a basket of cheer to raffle, beauty items, household items, etc.   Remember, you could win a basket so we want to be sure they are worthwhile...we want to sell a lot of chances!  This is a fundraiser for Helen's Hope and "da Raiders"!

We are also accepting donations of baskets to be used for the raffle.

Membership Shares DUE

All members are required to pay membership shares.  Each member is $15.00 or $25.00 per household per month.  January, February, March, April, May and June are overdue and July is due now.  You can pay monthly, a few months at a time or pay for the year.  Please see Tony Arena to make your payments as soon as possible.  Your status as a member in good standing of the Reilly Raiders depends on paying your member share.  If there are special circumstances preventing you from paying your share timely, please talk to any board member about your situation

2014 TENATIVE SCHEDULE

As parades or concerts are locked in, they will be changed from tentative to confirmed

All practices, unless otherwise noted, will be held on Sundays at the Knights of Columbus,

Limekiln Pike, Glenside, PA with starting time promptly at 12:00 p.m
