10:00 am Bus Arrives at K-Mart parking lot in Willow Grove, PA
10:30 am Bus Departs
1:00 pm Bus arrives in Downtown Harrisburg, PA
2:00 pm Parade begins
Bus will not be able to get to the end of parade if not out of area by 1:30 pm please come prepared to move off of bus quickly!
Reilly scheduled practice the next day, Sunday, March 23, 2014. Anyone who wants to stay overnight should contact Kathy Hook for a room, unless you can find someone who will let you crash at their place for the night.
Membership Shares DUE -
All members are required to pay membership shares. Each member is $15.00 per month and $25.00 per household. We still have members that have not paid the 2013 Season. the payments are extremely overdue. January, February 2014 are overdue and March payments are due. You can pay monthly, a few months at a time or pay for the year. Please see Tony Arena to make your payments as soon as possible.

Packets have been sent to all via email, if you can not print the attachments, please see Chris Hoover at events or practices.
Marketing
Position
If you are
interested in working with the Board to market the corps and find new sources of
revenue, remember to send your information to Butch Myers by March 23, 2014.
Member Information/Medical Records
With the New Year here, now would be a good time to update any of your information with the corps. We need to make sure you are receiving the Source with all of instructions for upcoming events and to make sure your medical records are correct in case of an emergency.
