St. Patrick’s Day Parade – Saturday, March 12, 2016 - Conshohocken, PA

NO BUS FOR THIS PARADE

Reilly’s reporting time - 1 pm

Fayette Street and 11th Avenue and proceed downhill on Fayette Street to Elm Street and end in front of the Washington Fire Company

Parking at the end of the parade. Use parking lot across from Washington Fire House on Elm Street

Buses will take people up to the starting line from the Washington Fire House

St. Patrick's Day Parade - Baltimore, MD – Sunday, March 13, 2016

  9:45 am      Bus Arrives at K-Mart parking lot in Willow Grove, PA

10:15 am      Bus Departs

11:00 am      Pick up members NAAMAN'S ROAD

12:30 pm      Arrive in Downtown Baltimore at Madison and Charles Streets

  2:00 pm      Parade begins

Bus will not be able to get to the end of parade if not out of area by 1:00 pm – please come prepared to move off of bus quickly!

Upon completion of parade will be go to Jerry D's Bar and Grill - 7808 Harford Road - Parkville, MD 21234

·        EVERYONE WILL be paying for their own meal and drinks.

·        Directions for anyone driving to Baltimore St. Patty's day parade

Route 95 South to Route 895 South

Exit to Moravia Road

Turn left on Moravia Road and take Route 40 W

Take Right fork on Monument Street – after real low railroad underpass

Monument Street will change to Madison Street

Go about 3 miles to Charles and Madison Streets

Park on Street where available or use a Parking lot.

• Directions from the parade start where you car most likely will be parked to go to Jerry D’s Restaurant

Madison Avenue and Charles Street

North on Charles Street to 83 N to 695 E to Harford Road South and look for 7808 Harford Road.  There is a parking lot directly across the street from Jerry D’s.

• Membership Shares DUE -

All members are required to pay membership shares.  Each member is $15.00 per month and $25.00 per household. January and February 2016 are overdue and March payments are due. You can pay monthly, a few months at a time or pay for the year.  Please see Butch Myers to make your payments as soon as possible.

• Member Information/Medical Records–

 With the New Year here, now would be a good time to update any of your information with the corps.   We need to make sure you are receiving the Source with all of instructions for upcoming events and to make sure your medical records are correct in case of an emergency.

 Please Note:  All medical information given to us is kept confidential and is only used in case of an emergency.  See Rick Iovine, our Personnel Manager or Kathy Hook, our Operations Manager, if you need to update any of your records, (Member or Medical).

Weekend practices – Best Western – Fort Washington, PA  $65.00 per night plus tax $70.20

Wildwood weekends

Lewisburg, PA – if anyone is interested

Rochester, NY

Plymouth, MA

A block of rooms will be posted for the night of the Reilly Raider Music Festival at a later date.
