Annville Memorial Day Parade, Saturday May 29, 2010

INFORMATION FOR ANNVILLE PARADE

Reporting Location:  Clift Auto, 1236 E Main St. (Route 422), Annville, PA

Reporting time for Reilly is 0730 after which main roads close. 

The parade moves out at 0900.

Reilly position in the parade:  Division 4

Directions to Annville:

Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 266, Lebanon\Lancaster, Route 72.  After the toll booth, turn Left (North) on Route 72.

Proceed ~2.5 miles on Route 72 and bear left to go onto Route 322 West.

Proceed ~ another 3 miles on RT 322.  Turn right at second traffic light onto S WHITE OAK ST / PA-934. 

Proceed ~another 3 miles and turn Right on to E. Main Street, (Route 422).

About 1.3 miles down Main Street on the right side is Clift Auto, 1236 E Main St.  This is Reilly’s reporting location.

Members who are driving may park their cars on Maple Street.  Bus Parking is also on Maple Street.  Weaber Street is 0.3 miles before Clift Auto on Route 422 (E. Main Street).  Turn left on Weaber Street.  Turn Right on Maple Street (It is the first Street).  You can walk from Maple Street across to Clift Auto.

Maple and Long Street is also almost the end of the parade and your car is easily accessible.  You can also get out of town without waiting for the end of the parade by turning left on Weaber St. from Maple, left on Hill Church Road, and then left on RT 934.  

Parade route is a horseshoe.  Parade goes West on Route 422 to College Avenue.  Right turn on College Avenue 1 block to Maple Street.  Right on Maple.  Reviewing Stand at Maple Street and Long Street.  Parade ends shortly after reviewing stand.

Members who are driving may park their cars on Maple Street.

Turn left on Weaber Street.  Turn Right on Maple Street (It’s the first Street) Weaber Street is two blocks before Clift Auto on Route 422.
